Go Big Blue!

 First MHS football of the year - GO BIG BLUE!!  It's a great (and HOT) night to cheer on our Blue Devils at Northcutt tonight!!  I hope each of you have a restful weekend.  Bring on the cooler temperatures next week!! MAP TESTING Thank you for a successful MAP Testing week!  We have a few make ups that will take place early next week.  Please make sure you take the testing sign off your door and return your testing folder to Kraus's mailbox.  Student score reports will be available to families in Aspen the week of September 5th.  If you need to reach out to individual families to share scores to be proactive in communicating a concern, you may reach out next week. Another Great Week!

It was a GREAT week in the hive!  There was a positive buzz around campus on Curriculum Night, and I know your families left feeling encouraged for the year ahead.  Thank you for your time and professionalism over the last two weeks, as we continued to cover BOY items during faculty meetings.  We also appreciate your continued grace and patience as Parrish works through punch list items.  You have all been amazing!  If you have not submitted punch list items for your classroom/office, please do so by the end of the week on the link here .  If you have already entered, no need to enter again.  As always, you can reach out to us immediately if you have an item that needs attention right away (rushing water, HVAC, plumbing, pest issues).  We can expedite these needs with Parrish and maintenance staff.  You will find several important reminders regarding below, including information about upcoming MAP assessments, approaching deadlines, and upcoming events. First FULL Week!

It was a great first FULL week - setting classroom routines, literacy assessments, AC courses began, vision screening, and OLC ribbon cutting!  I hope each of you take time to rest and recharge this week.  Next week, we will begin reading small group instruction in K-3rd grade and complete additional literacy assessments for some students in 4th-5th grade.   STINGER STORIES Read the latest edition of Stinger Stories, emailed to parents last night at the link below.
