MID-POINT ORF CHECKS
All mid-point ORF checks should be completed next week and data entered into the hyperdoc. Reach out to Mary Claire if you have any questions, or need support completing this assessment.

CHROMEBOOK TAKE HOME FOR 3RD-5TH GRADE
Green chromebook tags for 3rd-5th graders whose parents completed the 1-1 chromebook agreement have been printed. Green tags are in your mailbox. If the student has a green tag, they are allowed to take the chromebook home. Students would take home a chromebook if required to complete homework.
CONFERENCE WEEK MATERIALS
All teachers will receive conference week materials in their boxes on Monday, 10/7. Copies provided to teachers include:
- Fall MAP
- Reading Profiles (LDA data)
- Heart Words (K-1)
- How to help my child with reading at home (K-2)
- MSGA Course Matrix (5th ONLY)
- Field trip payment reminder (student specific)
CONFERENCE WEEK SUPPORT
If you need support during an upcoming parent-teacher conference, please reach out to any member of our admin team or your grade level counselor. We are more than happy to join a conference that addresses sensitive subjects, or may be difficult.
CONFERENCE WEEK ASP REGISTRATION
During conference week, parents who want their children
to attend the after-school program must complete a SEPARATE registration
specific to Conference Week, with tuition set at $75 for the entire week or
$37.50 for MCS staff members’ children.

Homeroom Teachers - is
important to include the
student’s name in your Chromebook Tickets plus where I can find the
broken device if your class is gone when I come. Thank you to those who
