Trot to Thanksgiving!
WOW, just 5 days until Thanksgiving break! We are certainly at a brisk trot right now. The weeks seem to pass SO quickly! With just 10 instructional days until MAP & LDAs begin (20 until Winter Break!!), EVERY day is important. Continue to keep your days THOROUGHLY planned, small group instruction intentional & focused, and maintain consistent structure. I know your students will show AWESOME growth & each day is a new opportunity to make continued growth. Keep shining bright!!

FALL PICTURE RETAKES, 11/18
We will have fall picture re-takes on Monday. Students completing re-takes should come to the auditorium at the times listed below. HR teachers - you are not required to bring the entire class to the auditorium.

PARENT-2-PARENT SAFETY Q&A WITH MIKE SANTORO AND BRIAN WALLACE, 11/19
Next Tuesday, we will host a P2P series featuring Mike Santoro & Brian Wallace to discuss district safety initiatives. This meeting is part of Dr. Rivera's efforts to engage families in understanding the measures MCS has implemented or will implement in the future relative to school safety. Information shared at this meeting will be the same as the information shared on the parent/staff Town Halls.
FACULTY MEETING, 11/20
We will have our Q2 Safety Meeting with Brian during the faculty meeting. While classified staff are not required to attend faculty meetings, you're always welcome to join us when the agenda includes Safety. Following the safety meeting, we will briefly review what's to come in December!

1. THANKSGIVING LUNCHES, 11/20 & 11/2
- Adult Lunches are $6.00, if paid by LINQ Connect student account or cash.
- Adult Lunches are $6.60, if paid by credit card the DAY OF the luncheon.
- Adults purchasing a Thanksgiving lunch will be required to confirm or submit payment BEFORE entering the cafeteria.
- We STRONGLY encourage families to ensure their child's balance on LINQ Connect has adequate funds to purchase ALL adult/student lunches. This is the quickest and easiest form of payment.
